Order Cancellation Fee

Once the order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, however returns are accepted please view our Classy Mod LLC Return Policy.

 

Three types of cancellations:

1. Customer initiated (within 12 Hrs of placing an order).
2. Fraud Prevention System
3. Payment Flagging System

Each on of these cancellation types incur a fee of 5% - 10% of the total order amount, depending on what triggered the cancellation.

Customer initiated cancellations will incur a fee of 5% and will be deducted from refund.

These cancellation fees cover Shopify order/cancellation processing fees.
